Welcome to the August edition of the Afi + Associates newsletter.  We are excited about our part in helping the residents of our community and the community itself by hosting the Summer SomArt Party.  In working with Root Division, a not for profit organization, we are able to bring you an art exhibition that supports emerging artists who volunteer their time to teach others.

We are also hosting our first ever monthly investor workshop.  Each month we will be brining you knowledge about purchasing property, holding or exchanging real estate, mortgage information, and a whole host of other related topics.

A Root Division Exhibition & Fundraiser Hosted by Afi + Associates

Afi + Associates and Root Division are teaming up for a summer evening of artwork, music, and light refreshments in South Beach, SF. The exhibition features painting, drawing, photography, and video art by 15 emerging Bay Area artists. Enjoy music and tasty nibbles while immersing yourself in the creations of our artists. Come discover this delightful neighborhood while supporting local artists and art education in San Francisco. The event is free and open to the public, but donations will be gladly accepted to support Root Division’s programs.

Afi + Associates Workshop:
Real Estate - How to Hold or Exchange Real Estate

We are proud to announce our new series of monthly seminars that aim to enrich our clients and friends with the knowledge that they need to succeed in real estate. Our first seminar will entail holding real estate and 1031 exchange. Guest speakers will be Anne Marie Bridges of Randick O’Dea and Tooliatos LLP and Kelly Ewertz of Exchange Resources, Inc. Each speaker will present for half an hour followed by a question and answer session. These seminars are free to anybody interested!
